• Member of the Wholesale Trade
• All sales orders must be signed and approved by the customer before the order can be processed.
• All order modifications must be put sent in writing before shipment. Please notify us if you wish to place a “will call   order".
• All orders must be confirmed and paid in full within 3 business days of placing your order or your order will be   cancelled.

RETURNED CHECKS (NSF)  Go to Top

• A $35.00 fee will be assessed for each check that is returned by the bank

FREIGHT/HANDLING  Go to Top

• All shipments are made F.O.B. Van Nuys, California.
• Unless specified, our shipping department will select the shipping carrier and shipping method based on the package   size and weight.
• Freight charges will be pre-paid by CrystalPlace and added to the invoice total.
• We will not guarantee any package sent with a carrier that we have not selected for your shipment.



DROP SHIPMENTS  Go to Top

• Drop shipping is available for all dealers. Dealer is fully responsible for freight and claims charges.



INSURANCE  Go to Top

• Product shipment insurance is optional. We will not guarantee any item for more than five (5) days from the time the   package was received.



BREAKAGE & SHORTAGE  Go to Top

• You must notify CrystalPlace.com Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your shipment about broken,   damaged or missing product.
• If there are any other problems with your shipment, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order   shipment.
• All goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk.



RETURNS  Go to Top


• Returns must be made sent within five (5) days of receiving the merchandise. Unless it is our error, the customer will be   responsible for return shipping charges. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping merchandise   back. Return merchandise must be in good condition and in its original packing.
