My husband and I were gifted a beautiful chandelier and realized after assembling it that we were missing a crystal strand. I made several attempts to contact the manufacturer of the chandelier for a replacement, but never heard from them. The customer service is exceptional. The post office lost my package an Al was extremely attentive and top of looking into the matter. While the post was trying to locate my package he was preparing a new order to be sent out to me. Thankfully the package was found, but I do not think that without his help and persistence it would have. I had been trying for a couple of weeks with my own inquires.
