- All in stock product orders ship within 24 hours.
- All orders placed after 11:00 AM PST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- We follow up on any back orders. We will ship any back orders once available.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

Returns and Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your order items you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your package.
All returns must be requested by e-mail and must be accompanied by a CrystalPlace.com e-mail confirmation which is to include a RMA No. (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number)
All returns must be sent in their original boxes with original packing materials to ensure a full refund. If return items are damaged during the shipping process as a result of insufficient packing, a refund will not be issued
- Custom Orders and Special Order are "Final Sale", no refunds are issued.
In the case of a manufacturer's defect we will replace your item or, if necessary we will exchange or refund the defective item.
- Original S&H charges are refundable only in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
- Return shipping charges are covered only in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
- Custom crafted chandeliers & Crystal Strands are final sale only and may not be returned.
CrystalPlace does not accept any returns on Crystal Arm Products
Crystal arms are manufactured by many different factories around the globe and each factory has its own unique way of making the crystal armsRestocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to product returns from the following product categories:
• Swarovski Crystal
• Custom orders
• Crystal Chandeliers
This restocking fee will not be assessed if the return results from a mistake or error made by CrystalPlace.com.
